Hathcocks' prayer update excerpts

Greetings from Debrecen,

Wow! What a great week with the cadets. We are excited by all that God has done this past week. There were so many great opportunities to talk and share with others and thankful for how the group was so willing to share and do whatever is needed. So many seeds planted on campus and many that were watered by words of encouragement and time spent with people. One example is a guy we met last Fall, "R," who Darrel and others were able to talk with. He later wrote Darrel and said that since the time he met Darrel and a visiting doctor that he has randomly met others who keep telling him about Jesus, so he would like to talk with Darrel on Monday. God at work, drawing people to Himself. We will continue to see the fruit of this week in the days to come.

Please continue to pray!
  • Pray that R. will meet Darrel on Monday and that he will surrender his life to Jesus.
  • Monday night discipleship time, there is a possibility of some new students joining us, pray that they would come and that God would continue to put a desire in their hearts to know Him and to grow in their relationship with God.
  • Wisdom for Darrel and I as we prepare to teach and encourage those whom God sends to us. We would be faithful stewards of the people he has brought into our lives and how God is at work in their lives.
  • There is an incredible openness in Darrel's class that can only be explained by a lot of prayer. Several from the Air Force group last week had opportunities to share with students. One young man came to coffee house.
  • The student J. is still in the midst of spiritual battle. Pray that he would surrender to God.
  • The Air Force Academy group that was here, that these students would see how God has worked through them and be encouraged. They would be faithful to continue to minister to those on their campus.

Thank you so much for your prayers!

Blessings,
Kimberly Hathcock
