Hathcocks' prayer update excerpts

Greetings from Springfield.

We are thankful that God is working in ways that we cannot see! Our friend Brian is making progress and God is healing Him. God is at work in Springfield, Missouri. We had a blast with the youth last Sunday! Darrel was able to connect with our dentist--God is at work in his life. He is a person that God has placed in our lives who wants to grow in his relationship with God. So blessed to reconnect with friends in Springfield.

The Debrecen group had English worship last Saturday and D and A came! This weekend we were able to visit our storage garage and it was a lot of fun remembering and looking at stuff. We were looking for stuff to take with us when we speak at a Tuesday WMU group. Darrel and one of our friends made gulyas the Hungarian way and we were able to take it to a church and share real Hungarian gulyas, and they loved it! We had trouble finding the big yummy Hungarian bread. They enjoyed it and we had an opportunity to meet some new people. We are thankful for the things that God allows us to do! We have started reading a book about the Great Welsh revival and how God was at work at that time. My heart is so burdened for God's spirit to awaken America and to move in a powerful way. We need it!

Please pray:
  • Tuesday we will be sharing with a WMU group in Springfield so pray that God will show us which stories to share and that we would share the things that He wants us to share.
  • This coming weekend our girls will be involved in a Disciple Now weekend at our church, so pray for them and the other youth who will be coming. Ask that God would fill their hearts with encouragement and direction. The students would come with a hunger in their hearts to know Him better.
  • God would continue to bless the first Saturday monthly English worship and draw people unto Himself.
  • God would continue to give us wisdom as we wait on Him in several different areas of our lives.
Thank you so much for your prayers!

One of God's servants,

Kimberly Hathcock
