Hathcocks' prayer update excerpts

Greetings from Springfield, Missouri.

Yes! We made it. We are thankful for the safety and smoothness of our trip, thank you for praying! We arrived Monday night along with our dog, who survived the journey. We have been unpacking, reconnecting with people, and adjusting to jet lag. We are so thankful for the mission house and how God has provided everything that we need including a car. Even though we have been back to the States for vacation, I am amazed by some of the changes. We really miss Debrecen but look forward to the things that God has for us in Springfield. He is an amazing God and we are blessed to be a part of His work. God continues to give us divine appointments along the way and we are thankful.

Please pray:
  • We would continue to adjust to the new normal for the next 6 months. We will start school on Monday and continue to ask God what He would have us do while we are in Springfield. Pray that we would have eyes to see where God is working.
  • The work in Debrecen would continue on with the new leaders and that the students would quickly adjust and depend on God and what He wants them to do.
  • Our daughters as they adjust and make new friends, that God would provide at least one special friend. They would also grow to depend more and more on God.
  • God would give us wisdom in so many areas of our lives. That we would be obedient to the things that God shows us to do.

Thank you so much for your prayers!

One of God's servants,
Kimberly Hathcock
